Bluetooth Quick Connect started with an annoyance in the living room: my Bluetooth headset wouldn't automatically connect to the TV. Every time, I had to leave whatever I was watching, open the connection settings, and find and activate the headset.
I already had buttons on the remote that I wasn't using. So I built an app that lets me turn them into shortcuts for connecting the different headsets in our home.
Now we can easily switch headsets depending on who's using the TV, without leaving what we're doing. It's a small solution to a specific problem, but one that makes everyday life a little nicer.
